Thank you for shopping at NurayArts! In an effort to provide you with a pleasant and satisfying shopping experience, we have tried to provide a smooth purchasing process and deliver quality products.

However, there are times when you receive an item and are not satisfied or no longer need it, so we provide flexible options for returns, exchanges and refunds. Below is detailed information about our policies and procedures to provide you with information about returns and refunds and make it easy for you.

NurayArts accepts returns/exchange for defective and non-defective products.


Cancel order

You always have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. However, after this time the order will be shipped and cancellation is not possible, read Cancel or Modify Your Order. If you cannot cancel your order, please wait until you receive the order and request a return for a refund.


Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-days return policy to make the process as easy as possible. If you wish to return an item, please submit your request within 30 days of delivery.

Here’s how it works:

1. Eligibility: Items must be in new, unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

2. Return Methods: We only accept returns by mail.

3. Return Shipping Cost: Customers do not have to pay return shipping cost. We will send a prepaid return label via email after receiving a qualified return request. Customers need to download and print it for use.

4. Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for returned items.

Steps to return:

  • Contact us at email: support@nurayarts.store within 30 days of delivery day to initiate a return, provide order number, and actual photos of product received.
  • Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process the return request once we receive it.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label via email after receiving a qualified return request, so you won’t have to cover return shipping costs.
  • Once you receive the label, securely package the item(s) and attach the label before shipping it back to us.

Additional Idea: To streamline your return experience, keep your order confirmation and packaging materials until you are sure you want to keep the item.


Exchanges

We want you to have the perfect fit and style. If you need a different size, color, style, or product, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted for the item is in new condition with all tags intact.

2. Exchange Process:

  • Contact us at email: support@nurayarts.store within 30 days of delivery day.
  • Indicate the item you wish to exchange and the new item you would like.
  • We will issue a prepaid return label and instructions for returning the original item.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we’ll ship the replacement, you do not pay shipping costs for the replacement item.

3. Stock Availability: If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer alternative options or a refund.

4. Shipping Cost for Exchanges: No cost.

Refunds

Refunds are issued for returned items that meet our return policy conditions. Here’s what you need to know:

  1. Refund Amount: You will be refunded the full purchase price of the returned item(s), including any original shipping costs if you return the entire order.
  2. Refund Process: Maximum 5 business days from the date of receipt of the returned package.
    • Once your return is received and inspected. Please allow us 2 business days, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
  3. Refund method: The refund will be applied to your original payment method.
  • Additional Note on Refunds: Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • No Refunds: If the returned product shows any signs of use resulting in wear and tear or damage, we will not issue a refund.
