Our Story
NurayArts is named after the most important woman in my life – my mother, Nuray. She is the woman who raised me with unconditional love and taught me life’s most valuable lessons. Growing up in the countryside, we didn’t have much, but my mother always made sure I felt special. She showed me the power of kindness, knowledge, and confidence, encouraging me to be my best self.
Though our means were modest, she found ways to make me feel beautiful, often saving up to buy me clothes that I cherished. From her, I learned how to mix and match those few pieces, creating my own unique styles. These memories fueled my ambition to pursue fashion, eventually leading me to university to study what I loved.
After gaining hands-on experience at a few small fashion companies, I learned the essentials of running a business – from building customer-friendly online stores and managing physical shops, to processing orders and caring for customers. My mentors in these early roles encouraged my dreams and generously shared their wisdom with me. For this, I’m truly grateful.
In 2021, I took my first steps in creating NurayArts, determined to build a brand rooted in love and inspired by my mother’s spirit. The challenges of the pandemic slowed us down, but we used that time to improve, re-strategize, and adapt. Today, NurayArts is back, better than before, with enhanced technology and an unwavering commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

At NurayArts, we operate exclusively as an online women’s fashion store, and this is a deliberate choice that allows us to serve our customers better in several meaningful ways. By not maintaining a physical storefront, we significantly reduce overhead costs such as rent, utilities, and in-store staffing.
