Cancel or Modify Your Order
At NurayArts, we understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please review our policy below for details on timing and eligibility.
Cancellation & Modification Policy
Within 24 Hours of Payment:
- If you change your mind, you can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of successful payment. We will process the cancellation or modification request immediately, and you will receive a full refund if applicable.
- No processing fee applies.
- If there is a price difference due to a change in size, product, or delivery address, you will receive instructions on how to pay the difference or obtain a refund.
Outside the 24-Hour Window:
- After the initial 24-hour period, cancellations and modifications depend on the shipping status of your order.
- If the order has already shipped, we may be unable to cancel or modify it. However, you can still initiate a return once the package arrives (please see our Return, Exchange, Refund policies for details).
How to Request a Cancellation or Modification
- Email Us: Send an email to support@nurayarts.store with your order number and the specific details of your request.
- Confirmation: Our customer support team will confirm if your cancellation or modification is eligible based on the status of your order and provide you with the next steps. This confirmation is generally issued within 1–2 business days after we receive your request.
Refunds for Approved Order Cancellations:
If your cancellation request is successfully completed, the full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days after the cancellation confirmation has been sent.
