1. Order Processing Time
Available Monday to Saturday (excluding U.S holidays):
- Our last order processing time of the day is 8:00 PM Central Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. All orders are processed in the order they are received.
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Transit Times
Transit time begins once your package has been picked up by the carrier. The following are typical delivery estimates (not guaranteed):
- United States: 3-6 business days.
- Canada: 5-12 business days
- United Kingdom: 6-12 business days
- Australia: 7-15 business days
- Germany, France: 6-14 business days
- Rest of World: 10-20+ business days (varies by location).
Note: Transit times are estimates and may be affected by factors: weather events, customs inspections, or carrier disruptions, holidays may extend delivery times.
3. Shipping Methods and Flat Rates
- Shipping within the United States: $3.95 per order. We offer standard domestic shipping within the United States at the stated fixed rate.
- International Shipping: For orders outside the United States, we offer standard international shipping at a flat rate of $9.50 per order.
Please Note: These flat rates are the only shipping charges applied to your order, regardless of the quantity of items purchased. No additional shipping fees will apply. The above charges include all costs that may be incurred during shipping.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are our responsibility.
4. Shipping carriers
We have USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or equivalent partners. Depending on the weight and size of the package, the destination and the available services, we will choose the appropriate carrier to ensure timely delivery.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor its status at any time.

Shipping Issues
- If your package is delayed or does not arrive within the estimated transit time, please reach out to us at support@nurayarts.store, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- In cases of lost packages, we may offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
