Exchange, Return and Refund

Thank you for shopping at NurayArts! In an effort to provide you with a pleasant and satisfying shopping experience, we have tried to provide a smooth purchasing process and deliver quality products.

However, there are times when you receive an item and are not satisfied or no longer need it, so we provide flexible options for returns, exchanges and refunds. Below is detailed information about our policies and procedures to provide you with information about exchange, returns and refunds and make it easy for you.


Cancel order

You always have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order without any processing fees and receive a full refund. Read more about our Cancel or Modify Your Order.

However, after this time the order will be shipped and cancellation is not possible. If you cannot cancel your order, please wait until you receive the order and request a return for a refund.


Exchange

NurayArts accepts exchanges for valid issues, such as:

  • Damaged upon arrival.
  • Defective product, product is not as described.
  • Incorrect product delivered.
  • And other defects for which the seller is responsible.

NurayArts does not accept exchanges due to customer errors (purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, change of mind after ordering, incorrect shipping address provided). In this case, you may consider returning the item for a refund; please refer to the return and refund policy below.

Exchange Period: 30 days from the delivery date.

Condition of Exchange Items: Products must be new, unused, and in their original condition.

Exchange Fee: No cost. No processing fee applies, we are responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement product.

Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-days return policy to make the process as easy as possible. If you wish to return an item, please submit your request within 30 days of delivery.

Here’s how it works:

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Return Methods: We only accept returns by mail.

3. Return Label: We will send a prepaid return label via email after receiving a qualified return request. Customers need to download and print it for use.

4. Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs? Customers do not have to pay return shipping cost. We are responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for returned items.

Steps to return:

  • Contact us at email: support@nurayarts.store within 30 days of delivery day to initiate a return, provide order number, and actual photos of product received.
  • Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process the return request once we receive it.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label via email after receiving a qualified return request, so you won’t have to cover return shipping costs.
  • Once you receive the label, securely package the item(s) and attach the label before shipping it back to us.

Additional Idea: To streamline your return experience, keep your order confirmation and packaging materials until you are sure you want to keep the item.


Refunds

Refunds are issued for returned items that meet our return policy conditions. Here’s what you need to know:

  1. Refund Amount: You will be refunded the full purchase price of the returned item(s), including any original shipping costs if you return the entire order.
  2. Refund Process: Maximum 5 business days from the date of receipt of the returned package.
    • Once your return is received and inspected. Please allow us 2 business days, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
  3. Refund method: The refund will be applied to your original payment method.
  • Additional Note on Refunds: Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • No Refunds: If the returned product shows any signs of use resulting in wear and tear or damage, we will not issue a refund.
